Tanner my cute dog :)

Your perception on life narrates the flow in which the current shall go.

With that being said Ive learned to not let my lack of wants determine my amount of joy.

Matter fact I actually make it a point to say it in my affirmations .

"I have everything I need and want and feel completed with or without having all my wants/desires. "

What is gratitude ?

The state of being appreciative and thankful.

It`s something about recognizing a particular thing and affirming the very thing out loud. That puts the nail in the coffin for abundance!

For example say out loud

"I have everything I need"

Now when you said that , ask your self how you felt after saying it?

Your answer will bring out either the insecurities that make you feel unsure about feeling taken care of or bring out gratitude.

When to apply GRATITUDE pressure

Life can be so overwhelming especially right now!

When handling life`s down times affirmations is one way to attract abundance.

But another is pointing out what you already do have. This gives you a good ole slice of humble pie. Over-stand its people in worst scenarios then you, it could be worst.

Starting the day thanking the most high for another day to be alive and to get it right should be a mandatory.

Realize this too shall past .

Also taking into account life isn't meant to be happiness all the times it's through uncomfortable situations we should take into account what is the lesson here what is this teaching me ?

To wrap it up when you find yourself down take a few moments to look around and take in what you do have and give thanks. That`s when you apply gratitude pressure. The start of happiness starts with gratitude, because it starts with knowing you are not the things outside of your spirit/soul. You are more than things, these things don`t take away nor add value over your soul.
