Unfortunately there are Essential oils companies that are deceiving people by branding there brand to be pure essential oils when in fact its synthetic and nothing but a synthetic toxic fragrant oil which is not authentic essential oil that is naturally better for you. So yes REAL essential oil is safe to use but synthetic is not . PS we don`t use fake essential oil only natural made carriers :)
