What are some ways/outlets you use to blow steam?
As easy as I make it look.
I stress too, but not as easy as I could and not as often as I could. Due to the measures I take to prevent and relieve stress.
Ways/outlets I use to blow steam:
Journal Writing how I feel helps me emotionally dump without the worries of telling someone who could potentially use your words against you or use them unkindly. Its safe to just let them out without it potentially backfiring you. Also it`s a way to do some shadow work on yourself or in other words self reflection. When all done if you feel up to it, read what you just said and really take it in.
Grounding This is one of my favorites, not only because it`s instant super charge. But it`s also a beautiful feeling of peace and tranquility. If your not familiar with "grounding" its sometimes called earthing, is the process of connecting to the Earth's electrical energy. This practice is rooted in the theory that the electrical charges from the Earth can have a positive impact on your body, your health, and your mood.

Eating healthy If I had to put these in order this would be number one! How you eat has all what to do with how you feel and how you emotionally interact. This is coming from a person who can see the shift of my cravings and attitude from when i eat a plant based lifestyle to when i eat traditional meat plants lifestyle especially if i eat a lot of meat . When I eat a lot of meat I tend to feel more heavy and have trouble remembering and attaining new information along with unhealthy sexual cravings and desire that are not of a righteous mind. sorry if that was a little TMI. But when i eat mainly a plant-based lifestyle i feel more energetic , i have a clear mindset i feel light and I am more positive thinking and sharp with my response and ability to attain new information. Along with also having the ability to remember things.

Meditating Meditation has become a must for me to punch in my busy schedule every week. It helps me to keep control of this busy over active mind. It helps me to stay center and in peace. I feel peace afterwards, it's a safe place to let my mind run rapid only for it to be stop in its tracks to "shut the heck up ". What I like to do is find a quiet space and put on my headphones or use my Bluetooth speakers and listen to guided meditation.

Be active ! I love to dance so things like zumba and dance workouts are my go-to not only does it keep my physical body feeling and looking good but it helps blow some steam ! I want to add stretching too it gives my body a break to be present and work out any tense areas that are definitely holding stress. If thos not your speed keep it simple and go into nature and take a walk !
Self care This one is quick fix take a nice shower doll yourself up and go get a massage or get nails and feet done. Then see how you feel :)
