Tips & tricks to being YOUR OWN BOSS ?
Is it just me or does everyone own a business these days ?
IM NO PROFESSER but I have experience and results which at the end of the day really is the goal for any entreupuner. I dont want to bore you with my story on how I even came up with lava Bead Jewelry. If you are actually interested grab a cup of joe and hit the "about " tab and read on!
I will tell you, I never thought it`d become a online business and now on it`s way to being in stores and street markets. I`m excited yet thrilled where Lava B. is going. Believe it or not I never wore jewelry, I was a stick it in my jewelry box type of girl now I have this profound appreciation for handmade everything. I wear jewelry now because it speaks a personal story to me.
This is what started my idea of lava B. I always dare to be different I dread to fit in so I came up with making each piece one time from scratch, When doing my favorite hobbies such as thrifting and D.I.Y.-Ing that`s where making things from scratch play`s a part. Some jewels are recycled some where bought and some where donated pieces of jewelry that I simply took apart. Now, you have a better understanding why each product is strongly unique yet personal for everyone. To get to the point this business started from a personal perspective and idea and turned into a growing business because I made it off of my own personal passion and things that makes me happy.

IS IT JUST ME, OR DOES EVERYONE OWN A BUSINESS THESE DAYS ?
This question definitely makes me look like a HATER.
Allow me to defend myself, having a business is not easy what so ever I definitely learned along the way and faked it tell I made it. Such as educating myself and working with the resources around me. It was very helpful yet discouraging at times especially coming as a women with a small jewelry business. A Lot of people told me basically, It`s jewelry, it wont actually be a profitable business. Those words gave me motivation yet encouragement .
The sad part of owning a business is the scare attack that you have to be competitive to own a business. This is why a lot of businesses FAIL .
This is why people start a business and feel they have to be competitive but we wont all succeed if we all are against and in competition. This is the main reason a lot of business owners give-up and don`t succeed. Each business is unique and every customer will not be attracted to my business and will not like my jewelry. You know why ? Everyone`s different!
We all should support one another and be happy for one another not be critical and competitive . we can all grow and be successful if we all could do it. Don`t become a boss to feel as though your a leader become a boss because you have the potential and capability because your different and with god on your side you have nothing to be afraid of.
